Challenge:

The data consisted of approximate 50,000 messages exchanged with potential or existing clients and would have needed at least 42 days to read all these messages at least once. The lack of in-house skills to aggregate and analyze unstructured information was the real challenge.

 

Solution:

Text analytics algorithm detected “emerging issues” or the “birth of a trend” to help client initiate preemptively intervene way before the anticipated problem became real “issues”. Developed proprietary textual classifiers (using enhanced Bayes classifiers) in SCALA with MongoDB as the database. The visualization were developed presented using Tableau.
